Hi,

My name is Mark Edwards, I am a new Empty Property Officer working for Rochdale Housing Initiative with Darryl Lawrence.

I've been working for two months engaging with empty property owners and RSL partners in Rochdale to broker leasing agreements.

As a new professional to the industry I have encountered a range of issues surrounding empty property practice, and would like to meet with other enthusiastic officers in the North or Midlands to share ideas, tactics and knowledge when approaching pro-active empty property work.
