Social Letting Agencies

Hi Guys

 

There are plenty of examples of social lettings agencies on the web but rather than trawling through them all I thought I would ask if anyone has experience of particular schemes that are considered good practice?

I am particularly interested in how the agency in question was set up, funding sources etc. and so it would be useful if said scheme had any reports to that effect.

Hi,

There are a few around, but you could try speaking to Linda Selvey on 01332 256907, she is towards the end of the process of setting up a social lettings agency across the Derbyshire HMA so has information on funding , partnerships, obstacles etc.  She has also visited several other social lettings agencies, so should be able to share additional contacts
