NAEPP Newsletter 2008-05-15 - Website Update

Dear colleagues

We've had a bit of a torrid time with the website over the last couple of days. It wasn't anyting to do with the recent upgrades. Our web-host updated their software and then changed their environment for security reasons n such a way that we were no longer able to have control over some important settings. The result was that the site was generating errors.

Although we managed to fix those, the message from the web-host was that sites using drupal (our content management system) might not work on their server any more, so we have taken the opportunity to move the site - at least temporarily - over to the server of our web-developer. That should allow him to do enhancements more productively.

The address www.naepp.org.uk should still work fine. But you may notice that this will convert to a different address in the address bar. I've tested out the site on this new server and it seems to be intact.
