Here is our latest Newsletter, which we hope you will enjoy.

There are several items which will need following up shortly.

On the specific issue of BVPI64 or rather its successor (and bearing in mind that realistically we are not going to get an NI)  we'd be grateful if you could get any furher views to us by the end of the week for discussion at the Exec meeting on Monday in Derby.  You will see we are exploring a campaign to instal a more refined and proportionate approach to reporting local authority activity on empty homes.
