Dear Colleagues

Please find attached a questionnaire regarding this year's conference.

If you are able to return this by close-of-business Friday 20th February so much the better as it can the provide some early feedback for the Exec meeting on the 23rd.  However, this is NOT a requirement.  So strike while the iron is hot if you can, but please respond one way or another.

Some of the questions are deliberately impressionistic and we hope that will not prevent you answering them.
