National Association of Empty Property Practitioners

CLG has just released 138 of the definitions for the 198 National Performance Indicators.  One of the 138 is N154  - numbers of new homes. 

NAEPP had put forward proposals that N154  should include an element for bringing empty homes back into use.

 Unfortunately, CLG has not responded to this and there is no recognition of empty homes work in the indicator.
