Performance statistics: monitoring guidelines for local authorities

NAEPP has produced new Guidelines for monitoring  empty homes interventions by local authorities to replace the  Code of Guidance on the application of Best Value Performance Indicator 64.

We encourage all local authorities to adopt these and we are lobbying for them to be included in the annual Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix return
