Notes: 

Scottish reseearch: "A review of initiatives to address the problem of empty houses drawn from case studies across the UK."  Includes input from NAEPP, the EHA and several local authorities.

THIS IS THE FIRST IN-DEPTH REVIEW OFF EMPTY HOMES INITIATIVES IN ENGLAND.  Thus it provides much useful information that can be drawn on for strategy-building.
